Koro Delft Blua gold – Mart Krijger

Koro Delft Blua is available in various sizes (XS, S, M, L and XL). This heart-shaped artwork is made from upcycled pieces of Delft blue porcelain and ceramics, as a tribute to Dutch heritage.

Each artwork consists of a mix of shards from new, old and very old porcelain and ceramics (some dating back more than half a century). Small metal turtles are incorporated into the design, symbolising long life and wisdom.

Carefully composed from a passion for circularity, this artwork gives these broken pieces an entirely new life. This edition has a background of imitation gold leaf, finished with crystal-clear epoxy resin and presented in a modern black-and-gold double frame.
