Andrea Ottenjann

Colour and texture are the main sources of inspiration for artist Andrea Ottenjann. For more than twenty years she has been intensively engaged in depicting felt moments and emotions. The world around her is an inexhaustible source of inspiration in this. Her works appeal to the imagination and invite the viewer to step calmly into her remarkable visual worlds.

With her art, Andrea Ottenjann knows how to touch people's souls. Sometimes only a subtle line appears, suggesting the contours of a landscape. Fields become visible; trees are barely more than a hint.
