Lazy Pool Days – MXJ

The artwork by MXJ is a playful and tactile piece that makes use of texture paste, colour and hand-painted figures. The texture paste gives the surface a tangible, almost sculptural dimension, making the colours and shapes literally come to life.

The hand-painted figures add a personal and unique character to the work; each figure has its own expression and story, giving the whole a lively and interactive appearance.

This combination of materials and techniques creates a dynamic artwork that invites both visual and physical exploration. The work balances between abstract texture and figurative elements, resulting in MXJ’s characteristic and recognisable style.
